The June contracts of HBP and HB9
Three new contracts have recently been added to the order portfolio of Hydrobudowa Polska. Another one will be signed tomorrow. Their total net value exceeds 155 million PLN.
Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poznań, Lublin and Zamość are cities in which the companies from the HBP Capital Group are commencing with the execution of new contracts.
For a net sum of 52,1 million PLN (gross 64,1 million PLN) a consortium headed by Hydrobudowa Polska will build the waterworks and plumbing infrastructure in Dąbrowa Górnicza’s districts of Piekło and Antoniów. Partners in this task include: PBG, Hydrobudowa 9 (100% dependent on Hydrobudowa 9), KWG and Miko-Tech. The contract covers construction of the “Piekło” sewage lift station, over 13 km of sanitary plumbing, 8,5 km of storm water drainage and 7 km of waterworks. The investment is to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.
The second contract concluded this week regards the construction of the “Interactive Ostrów Tumski History Center in Poznań – the cradle of Polish nationality and Christianity”. The investment will be carried out by the consortium comprised of Hydrobudowa 9 (leader), Hydrobudowa Polska and the AK-Bud Kurant Company. The net value of the contract reaches 39,3 million PLN (gross value of 48,3 million PLN). The ordering party is the Infrastruktura Euro Poznań 2012 Company.
The Interactive Ostrów Tumski History Center will primarily serve as a museum and place of exhibitions. The contract covers the construction of the main building with an underground car park, a square in front of the building, a footbridge for pedestrians over the Cybina, the adaptation of the Tumska Floodgate (Śluza Tumska) and reconstruction of the accompanying infrastructure. The task is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.
In the second half of June the order portfolio of Hydrobudowa 9 was expanded by yet another contract. As the leader of the consortium, Hydrobudowa 9 signed an agreement with the MPWiK in Lublin for the modernization of the Hajdów sewage treatment plant. The net value of work which is to be carried out until the year 2014 was valued at nearly 25,6 million PLN (gross value of 31,5 million PLN). Hydrobudowa 9’s partners in this task are: PBG Technologia and Miko-Tech.
On Thursday, the 30th of June, Hydrobudowa Polska will sign a contract with the Municipal Service Management Company in Zamość for the design, construction, furnishing and start-up of the Regional Waste Management Plant in Dębowiec. As part of the contract with a net value of 38,2 million PLN (gross value of 47 million PLN) Hydrobudowa will construct a municipal waste sorting plant with an alternative fuel production line, a compost facility, waste storage facility and the infrastructure associated with the disposal of other waste. The contract is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2013.
Currently there are several other bids underway, in which the consortiums including companies of the HBP Capital Group have submitted their offers with the initial price. The largest of them are: construction of a section of Słowaskiego Route with a tunnel under Miartwa Wisła in Gdańsk (net value of the offer: 720 million PLN; consortium: OHL, Hydrobudowa Polska, PBG, Aprivia, PRG Metro) and reconstruction of the Rondo Kaponiera Transport node in Poznań (net value of 170,3 million PLN; consortium: Aprivia, Hydrobudowa Polska, PRG Metro, OHL).
