Infrastructure for Dąbrowa Górnicza
On the 19th of May Hydrobudowa Polska signed an agreement for the construction of the water and canal works infrastructure in the Strzemieszyce district of Dąbrowa Górnicza. The net value of the contract is 37,4 million PLN (gross value of 45,6 million PLN).
The contract includes the construction of a sanitary waste pressure pipeline which will take over the sewage from the current Strzemieszyce treatment plant (that treatment plant is due to be liquidated within the second part of the contract), approximately 8,6 km of pressure pipelines, 5,7 km of sanitary canal works, 6,7 km of storm drain canal works and 5,3 km of water pipes.
Hydrobudowa Polska will carry out the assignment in syndication with its subsidiary, Hydrobudowa 9 and KWG – an executive company of the PBG Group. The consortium has 24 months to carry out the contract, whereas the completion time of the second part of the order (liquidation of the existing water treatment plant) was established for the end of 2013.
The above contract is not a significant agreement in the understanding of regulations regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities.
