In the coming years, we aim to further pursue our growth-oriented strategy. Therefore, the Management Board has resolved not to propose any dividend payments in 2009 and 2010. The Management Board’s position on dividend payments beyond 2010 will depend on the order book growth rate, prevailing market conditions, and our financial and economic standing, with particular attention being paid to the Group’s capital needs.
