Current report No. 34/ 2010 - Execution of Annex to Significant Contract with Zakład Utylizacyjny Spółka z o.o. of Gdańsk
The Management Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. ("the Company") of Wysogotowo hereby reports that on August 26th 2010 it was notified of the execution, on August 12th 2010, of an annex to a significant contract of August 6th 2008 concluded between the Consortium of Companies ("the Contractor"), comprising:
- HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A – Consortium Leader
- PBG S.A. – Consortium Partner
- HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. – Consortium Partner
- Korporacja Budowlana DORACO Sp. z o.o. – Consortium Partner
- VAUCHE S.A. of France – Consortium Partner
and Zakład Utylizacyjny Spółka z o.o. of Gdańsk (“the Principal”).
Pursuant to the annex, the contract completion date was extended to May 22nd 2011.
Other contract terms remained unchanged.
The contract with Zakład Utylizacyjny Sp. z o.o. is described in Current Report No. 104/2008 of August 6th 2008, subsequently updated by Current Report No. 14/2009 of March 18th 2009.
