Current report no 33/ 2010 - Change of the semi-annual report publication date for the 1st half of 2010
In relation to the current report no 8/2010 published on the 17th of February 2010
the Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that the Company’s separate semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2010 as well as the consolidated semi-annual report of the HBP Capital Group for the 1st half of 2010 will be published on the 25th of August 2010, which is earlier than the Company previously anticipated.
In connection with the abovementioned change, the current periodic report publication schedule for the year 2010 is as follows:
- the consolidated quarterly report including the shortened separate quarterly financial report:
3rd quarter of 2010: 15th of November 2010;
The Company’s Board informs that in accordance with § 101, item 2 of the 19th of February 2009 Minister of Finance’s Decree, it will not publish the quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2010.
