Current report no 32/ 2010 - Conclusion of an annex to the framework agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A.
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. (the "Issuer") informs, that on the 13th of August 2010 it received information regarding the 6th of August 2010 conclusion of an annex to the 6th of September 2007 framework agreement between ING Bank Śląski S.A. and the Companies of the PBG Capital Group ("The Debtors"):
PBG SA, HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A., HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A., AVATIA Ltd., PBG Technologia Ltd. and the INFRA S.A. remaining outside the Group, for the credit limit up to the sum of 220 000 000,00 PLN.
By force of the annex the usage deadline of the granted credit line was extended until the 13th of October 2010.
Other significant provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The framework agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A. was described in the current report no5/2007 from the 6th of September 2007 and further updated in current reports no 01/2008 from the 3rd of January 2008, no 34/2008 from the 7th of April 2008, no 114/2008 from the 10th of September 2008, no 02/2009 from the 8th of January 2009, no 36/2009 from the 6th of July 2009, no 43/2009 from the 21st of August 2009, no 49/2009 from the 14th of September 2009, no 52/2009 from the 19th of October 2009 and no 29/2010 from the 20th of July 2010.
