Current report no 28/ 2010 - Selection of the entity authorized to review financial reports
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that on the 19th of July 2010 the Company's Supervisory Board, acting in accordance with § 29 item 2 point 5) of the Company's Statute and after becoming familiar with the Review Committee's recommendation, selected Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Ltd. with a seat in Poznań as the appropriate entity to:
- carry out reviews of mid-term stand-alone and consolidated financial reports for the 30th of June 2010;
- carry out reviews of the stand-alone financial report of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. and the consolidated financial report of the Capital Group for the year 2010.
