Current report no 27/ 2010 - Signature of annexes to contract guarantee insurance agreements within the specified guarantee limits with TUiR "Warta” S.A.
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that on the 19th of July 2010 it received information regarding signing, on the 23rd of June 2010, of an annex to the contract guarantee insurance agreement within the specified guarantee limit with TUiR "Warta” S.A., signed by companies of the PBG Capital Group, namely: PBG S.A., HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A., INFRA S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. on the 17th of November 2009.
By virtue of the signed annex:
· the granted limit amount was raised from 150 million PLN to the sum of 200 million PLN,
· the effective period of the agreement was extended to the 16th of December 2010.
Furthermore, in connection with changes in the PBG Capital Group, the INFRA S.A. Company withdrew from the agreement.
Also, in connection with the INFRA S.A. Company withdrawing from the agreement, changes were made to the security catalog of the agreement.
Currently, payment insurance measures of amounts due to TUiR “WARTA” S.A. in relation to the guarantees issued within the discussed limit are the following:
1) PBG SA corporate guarantee,
2) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by PBG S.A. and endorsed by HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A.,
3) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. and endorsed by PBG S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A.,
4) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by INFRA S.A. and endorsed by PBG S.A.,
5) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. and endorsed by PBG S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A.,
6) an agreement by PBG S.A., HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. to willfully submit to execution of the endorsed amounts, in the course of art 777 § 1 point 5 Kpc., where each of the Movers will submit to execution of TUiR “WARTA” S.A. claims resultant from guarantees issued for them as well as the other Movers which are parties in this agreement.
Other significant agreement provisions remain unchanged.
HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informed of signing the contract guarantee agreement within the specified guarantee limit with TUiR “Warta” S.A. in the current report no 63/2009 from the 11th of December 2009.

The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that on the 19th of July 2010 it received information regarding signing, on the 23rd of June 2010, of an annex to the contract guarantee insurance agreement within the specified guarantee limit with TUiR “Warta” S.A., signed by companies of the PBG Capital Group, namely: PBG S.A., HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A., INFRA S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. on the 29th of August 2009.
By virtue of the signed annex and in relation to the INFRA S.A. Company withdrawing from the agreement, the hitherto effective security catalog underwent certain changes.
In accordance with the annex’s provisions, payment insurance measures of amounts due to TUiR “WARTA” S.A. in relation to the guarantees issued within the discussed limit are the following:
1) PBG SA corporate guarantee,
2) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by PBG S.A. and endorsed by HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A.,
3) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. and endorsed by PBG S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A.,
4) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by INFRA S.A. and endorsed by PBG S.A.,
5) five blank promissory notes with five promissory note declarations issued by HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. and endorsed by PBG S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A.,
6) an agreement by PBG S.A., HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. and HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. to willfully submit to execution of the endorsed amounts, in the course of art 777 § 1 point 5 Kpc., where each of the Movers will submit to execution of TUiR “WARTA” S.A. claims resultant from guarantees issued for them as well as the other Movers which are parties in this agreement.
Other significant agreement provisions remain unchanged.
HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informed of signing the contract guarantee agreement within the specified guarantee limit with TUiR “Warta” S.A. in the current report no 113/2008 from the 10th of September 2008.
