The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. (the "Issuer”) informs that on the 9th of June 2010 the Consortium of Companies (the "Executor") comprised of”
- ALPINE BAU DEUTSCHLAND AG – Consortium Leader,
- ALPINE BAU GmbH – Consortium Partner,
- ALPINE Construction Polska Ltd. – Consortium Partner,
- HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A – Consortium Partner,
- PBG S.A. – Consortium Partner,
signed an annex to the 4th of May 2009 contract concluded with Narodowe Centrum Sportu Ltd. (“Ordering Party”) acting on behalf of the National Treasury to carry out the construction of the multipurpose National Stadium in Warsaw along with the accompanying infrastructure.
By virtue of the signed annex the contract completion time was agreed to be the 30th of June 2011.
The Issuer informed of the contract for the construction of a multipurpose National Stadium in Warsaw along with the accompanying infrastructure in the current report no 21/2009 from the 4th of May 2009.
