Current report no 22/ 2010 - Conclusion of an annex to the significant contract for the development of the Poznań City Stadium for the EURO 2012.
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. (the "Issuer") with a seat in Wysogotowo informs that on the 7th of June 2010 it received information regarding signing by the Consortium of Companies ("Execuror"), namely:
- HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A – Consortium Leader,
- ALPINE BAU DEUTSCHLAND AG – Consortium Partner
- ALPINE BAU GmbH – Consortium Partner
- ALPINE Construction Polska Ltd. – Consortium Partner
- „AK-BUD KURANT General Partnership” – Consortium Partner
- PBG S.A. – Consortium Partner
of an annex to the contract with the “Euro Poznań 2012” Ltd. Company with a seat in Poznań (“The Ordering Party”) for the execution of the “Development of the City Stadium in Bułgarska Street 5/7 in Poznań for the requirements of EURO 2012 in the scope of constructing the I and III stand along with the roofing of stands I, II and III”.
By virtue of the signed annex the contract completion date was extended to the 29th of July 2010.
Other significant contract provisions remain unchanged.
The Issuer informed of signing the aforementioned contract in the current report no 126/2008 from the 15th of December 2008.
