Current report no 20/ 2010 - Declaration submitted by an obliged person regarding making a transaction exceeding the value of 5 000 Euro
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that on the 20th of May 2010 it received a declaration submitted by a Member of the Supervisory Board regarding transactions made on the 16th of April 2010 and the 17th of May 2010 regarding HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. shares.
The first transaction regarded the purchase of 9 000 L series common bearer shares of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. from a service sub-issuer within the motivational program of the subsidiary company HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. for the price of 0,14 PLN per share.
The second transaction regarded the market trade sale of 9 000 common bearer shares of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. for the price of 3,45 PLN per share.
The transaction was made at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
