The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. hereby publishes the consolidated text of the Company's Statute passed by the Company's Supervisory Board on the 18th of May 2010.
The consolidated text of the Company’s Statute includes changes introduced to the Statute by resolution no 26 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting from the 21st of April 2010.
The consolidated text of the Statute is included as an appendix to this report.
