Current report no 18/ 2010 - Conclusion of an annex to the agreement for granting contract guarantees within the renewable credit limit with TUiR Euler Hermes S.A.
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that on the 11th of May 2010 it received information of the 13th of April 2010 annex to the agreement for granting contract guarantees within the renewable credit limit entered into on the 28th of September 2007.
By force of the annex concluded between the Companies of the PBG Capital Group, namely: PBG S.A., HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. ,HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A., INFRA S.A. and Towarzystwem Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes S.A. with a domicile in Warsaw, the time during which TUiR Euler Hermes S.A. will issue contract guarantees (bidding guarantees, proper contract execution guarantees, proper fault and malfunction removal as well as advance payment return guarantees) at the request of the Companies was extended until the 30th of June 2010.
Other significant provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The agreement to grant contract guarantees within the renewable credit limit was described in the current report no 20/2009 from the 9th of October 2007 and further updated in the current report no 10/2009 from the 12th of February 2009 and no 51/2009 from the 2nd of October 2009.
