Current report no. 08/2010 - Changing the timing of publication of periodic reports in 2010
With reference to the current report No. 7/2010 published on 20th January 2010 the Management Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that a separate annual report of the Company for 2009, and the consolidated annual report of the HBP Capital Group for 2009 will be published on 22nd March 2010, i.e. earlier than the Company originally assumed
Thus, basing on § 102, paragraph1 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009, HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2009.
Due to the change above the current timing for the publicaiton of periodical reports in 2010 is as follows:
- a consolidated quarterly reports containing abbreviated separate quarterly financial reports:
- first quarter of 2010: 17th May 2010;
- third quarter 2010: 15th November 2010;
- third quarter 2010: 15th November 2010;
The Management Board of the Company informs that according to § 101 paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009, will not publish a quarterly report for the second quarter of 2010 and in accordance with § 102 paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009, HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2009.
- the consolidated half-year report containing a separate abbreviated half-yearly financial report:31st August 2010;
- a Separate Annual Report for the year 2009: 22nd March 2010;
- a Separate Annual Report for the year 2009: 22nd March 2010;
- a consolidated annual report of the HBP Capital Group for 2009: 22nd March 2010.
