Current report no 07/ 2010 - The 2010 periodic report publishing schedule
The board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. makes public the information regarding the schedule of periodic reports to be published in the year 2010:
- the consolidated quarterly reports, including shortened unitary and quarterly financial statements:
IV quarter of 2009: 1st of March 2010.
I quarter 2010: 17th of May 2010.
III quarter 2010: 15th of November 2010.
I quarter 2010: 17th of May 2010.
III quarter 2010: 15th of November 2010.
The Company’s Board informs that in accordance with § 101 item 2 of the 19th of February 2009 Decree of the Minister of Finance, there will be no quarterly report published for the II quarter of 2010.
- the consolidated semi-annual report, including shortened unitary and semi-annual financial statement: the 31st of August 2010.
- the annual unitary report for the year 2009: the 30th of April 2010.
- the consolidated annual report of the Capital Group for the year 2009: the 30th of April 2010.
