Current report no 06/ 2010 - Declaration of making a transaction exceeding the value of 5 000 Euro by an obliged person
The Board of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. informs that on the 19th of January 2010 it received a declaration submitted by the Company's Appointed Proxy - Mr. Andrzej Szultka of making a transaction HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. share on the 11th of September 2009.
The transaction concerned taking over 9 000 L series common bearer shares of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. from a service sub-issuer within the profit sharing program of the subsidiary company HYDROBUDOWA 9 S.A. for the price of 0,14 PLN per share.
