Mr. Andrzej Szultka has a degree in technical sciences, he graduated from the University of Agriculture, Faculty of Land Reclamation and Environmental Engineering, in 1996. Moreover, Mr. Andrzej Szultka graduated from post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Electric Engineering at the University of Technology in Gliwice, in 2002.

- from 18th January 2000 to 15th April 2000 – Arka Konsorcjum S.A. in Poznań, on the position of: Environment engineering engineer in the region,
- from 17th January 2000 to 28th February 2000 – Arka Konsorcjum S.A. in Poznań, on the position of: Sales manager,
- from 3rd March 2003 to 29th February 2004 in PBG S.A. in Wysogotowo on the positions of: environment protection department employee, environment protection specialist,
- from 1st March 2004 and still – in HYDROBUDOWA Włocławek S.A. successively on the positions of: Offer office manager, Sales Director, Commercial Director, Commercial Proxy
